ASHLAND, Ky. — The 7th Annual Wine & Bourbon Ball to benefit The Neighborhood and its partner agencies will be Thursday, Dec. 31, 2020, from 6:30 p.m. to midnight. This year’s event will be at The Venue at the Edge, 500 Diederich Blvd., Russell, KY 41169.
