ASHLAND, Ky. — Meet Jacob, a young man who aged out of the foster care system and found himself homeless and in need of help. Because of his hard work and determination, The Neighborhood was able to connect Jacob to not only food and shelter, but also with a program that provided an opportunity for new employment and a fresh start.
